I am Donna Swingley, I have been married to my husband for 31 years. We live in Tipp City with our dog. We have a daughter who lives in Ft Wayne, IN with her wife.

I became a member of the RHA Board in January 2022, serving as a family representative so that I could advocate and support RHA residents, clients and their families.
